OMICS International organizes conference series all around the world in 2016, here It is our pleasure to invite you to Neurology conference entitled 5th World Congress on Neurology & Therapeutics during March 14-16, 2016 at London, UK.

Neurological diseases are the disorders of the spine, brain and the nerves that connect them. There are abundant evidence that identify neurological disorders as one of the biggest threats to public health. There are more than 600 diseases of the nervous systems, like Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, brain tumors, epilepsy and stroke as well as less familiar ones such as temporal dementia and an estimated 6.8 million people die every year as a result of the above disorders thus making it necessary to investigate the unresolved Neurological Disorder.

Track 1: Neuro Genetics

Genes affect the wiring and workings of the brain, that is the authority of all our rides. It is solely the genes that give rise to a specific type of protein which may be beneficial or harmful that reflects the need of research in this particular field. There are six thousand and more emerging genetic disorders account for a significant portion of human disease. Near about 4 percent of the approximately 4 million babies born each year have a genetic disease. Over fifteen thousand Americans are diagnosed to have Huntington’s diseas.Keeping the same in view the different sub tracks are designed in order to enlighten the thoughts related to Huntington's disease and related genetic disorder to overcome neurological problems, These genes are a link between the brain and neurological disorders, defect of gene and diseases. The studies on genome wide association and disease examination, sequencing of gene is used as a tool in determining the abnormal gene loci, neuronal migration defect and Mutation of gene.

Paediatric neurology assesses children with disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems. Large proportion of US population suffers from, mental retardation, autism, dyslexia, seizures and other developmental disabilities.  Near about 1,300 United States children experience severe or fatal brain trauma from child abuse. Epilepsy is the fourth common neurological disorder in the United States  after migraine, stroke and Alzheimer’s disease. Therefore there is a need to take into account the following disorders to discuss like Autism, congenital hydrocephalus,Neonatal encephalopathy, Neurodevelopment disorder and Child psychological disorders.

Neurorehabilitation is a intricate medical process which aims to aid retrieval from a nervous system damage. The Rehabilitation is an access to reduce brain abscesses gradually increasing the Neural Repair. Neurological rehabilitation program is aimed to create awareness about the neural disorders and its examination. Physiotherapy and remediation is a innovative approach that remediates impairments and promotes flexibility. Track 4: Neurosurgery and Neural Circuits

While the topic sounds pretty small, but we needs more speciality and critical care in this discipline. As estimated 69,720 new cases of primary brain tumors were expected to be surveys in the year 2013,which  includes both malignant (24,620) and non-malignant (45,100) tumors. Basing upon the prevalence of diseases, this conference focuses on Post-surgical neuralgias, Oncological neurosurgery, Brain tumour and metastatis,  Spine neurosurgery, Neuroanaesthesia and surgery ,Vascular malfunctions and surgery . The neurons are arranged into ensembles known as Anatomical and functional neural circuits.             Recent researches identify disorders that affect various components of that neural circuit and a set of neural circuits that are critically involved in a specific disorder. The highest incidence rate of primary intracranial tumor was in Europe  and the lowest rate in Africa. Therefore it is requisite to enhance our knowledge on Current neurosurgery method.

As per the estimates by the World Health Organization, disorders of nervous system affect over 1 billion people worldwide and cause 14percent of global annihilation. Neuralgia is a pain that comes from problems with signals from the nerves. Neuropathic pain was mainly classified into peripheral neuropathic pain and central neuropathic pain which includes spinal cord injury and central disorders. It is a significant public health problem that costs society at least $560-$635 billion annually. It has been found out that women was more likely to experience pain in comparison to men.  According to the recent survey, Chronic Pain affects 47 percent of Adults in United States. The main intent of this session is to understand   Complex regional pain syndrome that is associated with dysregulation of Central Nervous System and Autonomic Nervous System. The present meeting on clinical neurology focuses on: Neurological conditions affecting people and treatment of neurological or personality disorders, Post stroke pain, Diagnostic procedure for neuropathic pain and  Investigation of Biomarkers.

Track 13:  Market Analysis of Neuro Therapeutics

The market analysis of neurotherapeutics represent the largest and untapped market in medicine sector. This predictable market analysis is based on probability of approval and sales of products in late stage development, demographic trends and advertising of product. Emerging markets once again helps to increase revenues.CNS therapeutics comprise almost 15 percent of total pharmaceutical transactions, closely $ 30 billion globally. The yearly financial costs of anxiety disorders and schizophrenia are $ 47 billion and $ 33 billion annually roughly. The success rates for neurotherapeutics  are far lower than average. Degeneration in success rates late in development hugely accelerate the financial risk of development in Neuro therapeutics. Neural disorders such as epilepsy and Parkinson’s disease impose great pain and suffering on patients, and every year costs the United States economy billions of dollars. Industraial progress in biopharmaceutical research companies are developing 444 novel medicines to prevent and treat neurological diseases which include eighty two medicines for Alzheimer’s disease and 62 medicines for brain tumors. There are about thirty eight medicines for multiple sclerosis, for epilepsy around twenty eight and seizures, twenty seven medicines for Parkinson’s disease, and for headache twenty five medicines , including migraines, thereby concentrating utmost importance in the field of drug research for neurological disarrays and Drug Development and Market Value and Growth of Drugs.
